    An app logging bug wrote private keys to logs for users who activated a wallet with a seed phrase; the logs reached Tangem support if the user contacted support in-app within 7 days. Tangem says under 0.1% of users were affected and no funds were lost; fixed in iOS 5.19.1 and Android 5.19.2, logs deleted, affected users told to move funds. Source
