RedotPay charges 1% to convert or top up and 1.2% on spending in a foreign currency. Binance Card charges 0.9% and 2%.
The conversion fee applies to every dollar you load, so Binance Card's lower rate matters most for everyday spending in your home currency. On $1,000 of spending, the gap is $1.00.
ATM withdrawals: RedotPay 2%; Binance Card $1.50 after 2 free a month.
A virtual card costs $10 with RedotPay and nothing with Binance Card. A physical card costs $100 and nothing. Neither card has an annual fee on its base tier.

Binance Card tiers: Tier 1: 1.5%; Tier 2: 2% from R$500 of monthly spend; Tier 3: 3%, capped at R$500 a month from R$5,000 of monthly spend.
Binance Card: Only USDT spending counts toward cashback. The tier reached in a month applies to all of that month's eligible spending. Cashback is credited in BRL.
Availability and KYC
RedotPay is offered in 202 countries and territories and excludes 47, including India, Indonesia, Singapore, Turkey and United States.
Binance Card is offered in one country, including Brazil. Binance lists Brazil as the only country where the card is currently offered.
RedotPay needs full KYC and Binance Card needs full KYC.

Limits, wallets and card types
RedotPay publishes a daily spending limit of $1,000,000 and ATM withdrawals of up to $3,750 a day.
Binance Card publishes a daily spending limit of R$25,000, a monthly limit of R$50,000 and ATM withdrawals of up to $3,000 a day.
RedotPay works with Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Binance Card works with Apple Pay. RedotPay and Binance Card issue a virtual card you can use straight away.
Custody and safety
RedotPay scores 74/100. Licensing: holds a licence or registration outside the tier-one list (Hong Kong Money Lender (No. 1715/2025) and Trust or Company Service Provider licences; Argentina VASP (CNV PSAV No. 144); Lithuania VASP registration (RedotX, UAB); Canada MSB; US FinCEN MSB). No incidents or enforcement actions found in the last 36 months. Client digital assets are held in segregated wallets with Cactus Custody, a Hong Kong trust company (licence TC006789), covered by US$50 million crime and specie insurance, per the custodian's announcement quoting RedotPay's CEO. RedotPay's general terms name Red Dot Trust Limited, a Hong Kong trust company, as custodian of user accounts. We could not find a published proof-of-reserves report.
Binance Card scores 61/100. Licensing: holds a licence or registration outside the tier-one list (Issued by Dock, a payment institution regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil). The card is issued through Dock. 2023-11-21: Binance pleaded guilty in the US to anti-money laundering and sanctions violations and agreed to pay more than $4 billion.
